- In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days
- Personalized items are made to order and ship in 5–14 days (shown on each product)
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track any order on our Track your order page using your order number and email.
Returns
- 30-day returns on non-personalized items in original condition
- Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return
